Elia Monsef (Born on October 10th, 1987), is a Lebanese singer, musician, songwriter and record producer. He is best known as the vocalist, and one of the main songwriters for Lebanese Cinematic Prog band Ostura. He has also been involved in all records by Lebanese guitar virtuoso Amadeus Awad as a vocalist, composer and record producer.

Elia started playing guitar at the age of 14 but quickly shifted his attention to vocals after being heavily influenced by singers like David Coverdale, Ian Gillan, Robert Plant, and Jorn Lande. His wide vocal range and unique timber got him to join Ostura as a singer for their debut album ‘Ashes of the Reborn’ as well as joining Amadeus Awad’s band as a front man. Awad and Monsef were pioneers in the Prog movement in Beirut, and they introduced Lebanese Progressive rock to the world by working with artists like, Gavin Harrison, Marco Minneman, Jimmy Keegan, Russell Allen, Kevin Moore, John Macaluso, Arjen Lucassen, and Anneke Van Giersbergen among others.

Elia Co-wrote Ostura’s ‘The Room’ in addition to singing, production, and art direction. He co-produced the Orchestra Recording with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra for Ostura. He is known for his versatility and his ability to manipulate his tone to fit different styles, from ambient, hard rock, heavy raunch, to power screams. Elia now focuses mainly on Ostura, while balancing his Career in TV production and Communication.

Daniel Sharbel Bou-Maroun (Born on July 2, 1988), known professionally as Danny Bou-Maroun, is a Lebanese-American musician, composer, producer, and songwriter. He is best known as the keyboardist and one of the main songwriters for Lebanese Cinematic Prog band Ostura. Danny is a professional film-score composer who worked on feature films like King Johan (2019), Sur Ton Sein (2013), and A Beautiful Time Ago (TBR 2019).
Danny started playing the piano at the age of 8, and went on to get a B.A. in Musicology from USEK, studied for a Masters in Composition at WVU, and Film Scoring at UCLA in Hollywood.
A Founding member of Ostura, Danny co-wrote their first album Ashes of the Reborn (2012), as well as their second album The Room (2018) where his cinematic film scoring techniques were applied to Ostura’s Metal sound. Danny wrote the orchestrations, and conducted the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra in 2016 for ‘The Room’.
Alongside his film scoring work and Ostura, Danny has produced and collaborated with major Lebanese artists such as Postcards, Adonis, Lazzy Lung, Wissam Saliba, Blu Fiefer, Sima, Chyno, Generation Zee, Joy.

Youmna Jreissati (Born on March 30th, 1993), is a Lebanese singer, best known as the female vocalist for the Lebanese Cinematic Prog band Ostura. She has been a performing singer since the age of 12, playing Opera concerts, music festivals, band concerts, in addition to Choirs.

Youmna has been immersed in the music world since the age of 4 when she started taking piano lessons. At the age of 12, she started taking vocal performance classes at Ecole des Arts Ghassan Yammine, and in 2008, the Russian alto Gallina Khaldeeva noticed her talent and took her under her wing, subsequently becoming her vocal mentor.

Youmna Joined Ostura in 2009, during the recording sessions for their Debut ‘Ashes of the Reborn’ and is still a member of the band to this day. Youmna’s range and timber immediately became synonymous with the band’s sound. Youmna plays the character of ‘The Girl’ in Ostura’s ‘The Room’ (2018).

Youmna still pursues her passion and further extends her musical studies between Beirut, Paris, and Dubai. Her choral repertoire includes Mozart’s Great Mass in C minor, Mozart’s requiem in D minor and Gustav Holst’s The Planets.

Alain Ibrahim (Born on July 21st, 1993) is a Lebanese musician, and songwriter. He is best known as the guitarist for the Lebanese Cinematic Prog band Ostura, as well as the co-founder of the Progressive Metal band Turbulence where he is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer.
Alain Started playing guitar at the age of 13 as he was heavily influenced by bands like Dream Theater and Symphony X. He achieved local fame by covering those bands in notable precision with Turbulence in 4 live concerts across the country.

Alain Joined Ostura in 2012; replacing Elie Hnein, and is still a member of the band to this day. As a guitarist, he is known for his incredible progressive guitar techniques, and his virtuoso lead playing. Alain Ibrahim Played all Rhythm guitars on Ostura’s the room and did additional guitar arrangements with Danny and Elia.

Alexander Abi Chaker (Born on June 4th, 1989), is a Lebanese-American musician. He is best known as the Drummer for Lebanese Cinematic Prog Band Ostura, as well as his longtime collaborations with Lebanese singer-songwriter Alan Abi.
Alex comes from a musical family and was introduced to drums, guitar, and piano by his father at an early age. Alex didn’t pick up the drums professionally until the age of 16, where he joined several Thrash, Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, and Prog bands until Joining Ostura in 2013 replacing Chris Neaimeh.
Alex’s obligations away from Lebanon made it impossible for him to record on ‘The Room’ where his role had to be confined to writing the Drum parts with Danny and Elia, as well as working with them on additional arrangements.
Alex continues his long-time collaboration with Alan Abi, playing shows around Lebanon. They play Electronic, Trap, Rock, Post Rock, Hip Hop, Blues and Improv. Alex has also performed with Lebanese Prog Metal band Turbulence where they covered Dream Theater, Opeth as well as original music.
